Our Kombucha in 5 points:

  1. Our Kombucha is produced following natural climate cycles to ensure the highest quality and flavor.

  2. Production is limited to around 20 33cl bottles per monthexperimental edition.

  3. Some of these bottles are made available to verify the organoleptic quality.

  4. It is possible to try our Kombucha at Camera F by making an appointment.

  5. We have started a collaboration with the Ticino roasting company "Masaba Coffee" for the origin of the coffee since February 2023.

Our Kombucha is a unique and artisanal drink, produced following natural climatic cycles. Each batch is carefully curated and monitored to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Production is limited to around 20 33cl bottles per month, as this edition is still in an experimental phase and requires special attention to implement its organoleptic qualities.

Furthermore, some of these bottles are made available to interested parties to verify the organoleptic quality of our Kombucha. We are adjusting its pressurization and preservation qualities to ensure a drink that is always fresh and lively.

Furthermore, we are proud to announce our recent collaboration with the Ticino roaster "Masaba Coffee" for the origin of the coffee. From February 2023, we will be using their fine coffee beans to produce our Kombucha, which will be enriched with even more refined and unique flavor notes.
